Operations Agent
Your main task will be to provide friendly, professional and efficient advice to our customers in the country, as well as to plan and prepare transportation. We are looking for an organized person, with good skills to distribute and prioritize different tasks, willing to work under pressure effectively and above all in a team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good knowledge of the Costa Rican tourism product
- Knowledge of coordinating touristic transport through the whole country – roundtrips, private and collective transfers
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of MS Office and standard computer programs
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to work alternate shifts and schedules, including weekends
- Customer service orientation
- Detail oriented
- B1 Driving license
- Interest in biking and knowledge of bicycle components
Preferable requirements
- German or French language proficiency
- Knowledge of transfer routes and transportation units
- Experience with cruise ship logistics
- Knowledge of operations system, preferably Tourplan
Personal skills:
- Oral communication skills to assist travelling clients and suppliers
- Organized person, who knows how to prioritize
- Flexible, discreet, with good time and pressure management skills, using assertive communication
- Ability to work in a team
