Barra Honda National Park

The main attraction of this park is an extensive network of limestone caverns. There have been 42 caves discovered so far, but only two are open to the public.

All of them are well preserved as their vertical entrances are difficult to access. The Terciopelo cave is one of the largest and most beautiful, with a large number of stalagmite and stalagmite formations as well as other whimsical shapes and forms.
