Your main objectives will be:
- Develop and increase sales in the luxury segment
- Lead and develop our A&K sales, reservations and operations team
- Product development and content creation in collaboration with our contracting department
- Provide training and best possible sales conditions to all A&K players
- Comply with Health & Safety requirements and pursue A&K philanthropy strategy in Costa Rica
- Constant analysis and improvement of all processes and synergies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English
- Higher education studies in tourism
- Detailed knowledge of the luxury tourism product in Costa Rica and experience in the DMC luxury travel segment
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
- Inspiring and enthusiastic personality
- Visionary on the future of luxury travels
- Affinity for digital data processing
- Proactivity, organization and responsability
- Nationals or residents with work permit
